We are excited to announce our re-introduction to women’s football.

John Turnbull will be “Head of Women’s Football” and Senior Women’s Coach, bringing his very successful coaching skills to Port Melbourne Soccer Club.

An FFA ‘C’ Licence accredited coach, John joins us from Kings Domain Football Club in South Yarra, whose State League 4 women’s side he successfully guided to a divisional championship and state grand final in 2018.

John brings a high level of football commitment, adding to Adam Piddick’s (Head of Football) philosophy, creating an environment of high technical/positive football and sporting club culture.

Adam Piddick, says that, ‘providing the same level of professionalism for both men and women’s football, is paramount to a successful football club. John brings this level to women’s football, which will create a clear football pathway for girls, whilst also embracing women’s community football’.

We look forward to growing our football family.
